It's summer and the kids are out of school. I'm focusing on the big picture, staying organized and on track for opening this August 2019.
4 Big Picture things I'm focusing on:
1. Lease Agreement - the importance of hiring a lawyer
2. Business Insurance - knowing that you are covered for, adding Cyber Insurance
3. Hiring the right staff - job descriptions are done
4. Growing a following on Facebook - starting Facebook Ads to gain traction in my community, goal is to get bookings before the doors open.
